A company has filed a lawsuit against a patent holder claiming that it infringed on the company’s patent rights.
The lawsuit, filed in Ontario Superior Court, also names a patent expert and a patent attorney, and claims that the patent holder is infringing on the firm’s patents and trademarks.
The firm is also seeking monetary damages.
The patent infringement lawsuit was filed in a Canada Superior Court by David A. Dolan and Associates.
The case is the latest in a series of patent lawsuits filed in Canada, involving technology companies, by some of the same companies that have filed lawsuits in other countries.
The lawsuits allege that the technology firms are violating patent rights, and that the firms are infringing on trademark rights.
